In addition, she has dedicated her gift of song and production to uplifting and inspiring women and children. Specifically through her work with Little Voices, a non-profit that produces concerts and internships for foster youth worldwide.

Starr passionately pursues her mission to expose young people to opportunities through the arts. She is the Producer of "A Crystal Starr Christmas," a benefit concert dedicated to spreading love and joy through music and giving. Ensuring that over 1000 foster children in care have a special Christmas filled with live entertainment with their families, they would not otherwise have the ability to experience. Previous Crystal Starr Christmas participants include Wayne Brady, Lexi Lawson, Judith Hill, and Grammy award-winning Harmony Samuels.

Starr is executive producer of LA's biggest Live Music Show for foster girls. The message is carried nationally as well as globally.
She Sessions is about uplifting, uniting, and educating young ladies in foster care. We engage and support girls through intimate live music performances by Billboard chart topping artists and production values that have a personal impact.
Music Changes Lives! Through our multiple empowering live music concert series. Little Voices gives power and strength to youth who lack the confidence and resources to excel to their lifes full potential. #She Sessions is a powerful live music concert that offers, mentorship, internships, education, a day of pampering and music. 4 billboard top charting woman artists and CEO’s share tangibility by sharing their own stories of triumph to an audience of girls in the foster care system who experience the concert free of charge. Every year we keep the performing artists identities a surprise so the attention is kept on what matters most, the children. Because its not what you do, its who you are that inspires all of our youth to know that THEY ARE ENOUGH!
